Lisa Nelson

Lisa Nelson has a broad professional background with over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, internal auditing, cash management and financial analysis.
Lisa joined A&L Properties in September 2004. She oversees all accounting functions, which include financial reporting, cash management, budgets/projections, and financial analysis for properties owned and managed by A&L.
With her extensive knowledge of accounting systems, Lisa has successfully streamlined A&L Properties' financial structure to meet the growing needs of the company's property management, development and assisted living divisions.
Lisa previously worked as tax manager for Maurices, a national retail clothing chain with over 500 stores, and as lead internal auditor and tax analyst for Enbridge Pipelines. In addition, she has been an independent accounting contractor for the City of Proctor, and she gained public accounting experience while working for Kolquist, Seitz and Goldman, a CPA firm in Duluth.
