Rich Noble
Construction Management
Rich Noble has more than 18 years of solid construction management experience in commercial, industrial and high-end residential construction.
Rich joined A&L Properties in February 2002. He is responsible for acquisition, development, site and engineering design, architectural design, construction, and all aspects of project management. He manages the site assemblage, permitting and approval process; the development of proformas; the conceptual estimating and budgeting; and the design efforts of architects, engineers and project consultants.
He previously worked as a construction field engineer on large industrial projects throughout the United States. This practical hands-on experience transitioned him into project manager roles on large commercial and industrial projects.
