William K. Roberts
Facilities Management

Bill Roberts has more than three decades of experience in facilities management, computerization of operations, accounting, investments, insurance, staffing, supervision and customer relations.
Bill joined A&L Properties in March 2003. His responsibilities include tenant relations, building/facility management, and data/telecom network management.
He started his career in the hospitality industry. As general manager of the Chinese Lantern from 1976 to 1994, he was instrumental in building it to be recognized as one of Minnesota's Top 20 Restaurants and one of the Nation's Top 100 Independent Restaurants.
As general manager and chief operating officer at Northland Country Club from 1994 to 2002, Bill was involved in numerous construction projects, including the remodeling of restaurants, club houses, locker rooms and pools. He was instrumental in creating, implementing and completing a long range plan for the renowned Donald Ross golf course at Northland.
