John Anunti
Construction/Project Management
John Anunti has nearly 30 years of construction/project management experience.
John joined A&L Properties in September 1991. He is responsible for managing residential and commercial building and development.
His skill in managing historical renovation of both abandoned and damaged buildings has helped A&L expand its depth of experience and led to several historical preservation awards.
John's tenacity for completing the job makes him a key team member. From developing project and construction budgets, to permitting and scheduling, to supervision and quality control, he takes projects from concept to completion.
He previously worked in Colorado for 13 years as a project estimator, construction superintendent, property manager, warranty manager and contractor office manager.
